TWM solid shift bushing install

So, today I got my solid shift bushings in the mail from TWM. I look in the envelope, where the install instructions were supposed to be, but there was nothing there. No biggie, I go online on the site to see if they have instructions there, but all I could find are install instructions for a short throw shifter. I looked over that and in fact, did find a section on how to put solid shift bushings in while installing the short throw, but I am a little confused. The actual install looks pretty simple but for the trim removal part, do I have to remove the shift knob and shift boot as well after removing the centre console trim pieces?

Remove the following in order:

1. Rear cup holder
2. E-Brake trim piece
3. Shift knob
4. Leather shift boot
5. Shifter trim piece (watch out for the 12v socket connectors. make sure you pop them out)

Thanks for the replies, the install was done, but it was a hard battle. I could not get the shiftknob off after prying with 2 screwdrivers and just ended up breaking a piece of the plastic underneath it. I just left the shiftknob, the leather shiftboot and the whole shifter trim piece and worked around and underneath it. The rubber bushings came out and my solid bushings went in. Put all the trim pieces back in and mannnn what a different feel.
