Warranty and axles.

Okay, this morning while changing my oil I just was looking over things and I discover my passenger side axle is spraying grease inside the wheel. I have 40k on th clock. I dont see any reason to have a split boot already. Any idea if this will be covered under my powertrain warranty?

Yes that would be covered by powertrain warranty.

I just looked it up. The labor op is F1500 and there's an add to replace the inner or outer CV boot/joint.

They replaced mine under warranty a few years ago, so I think you should be good.
