what size are the threads on a hurst shifter

does anyone know what size the threads are on the hurst short throw shifter? i'm trying to order a white shift knob but dont know the size.

3/8 24 good luck on a knob.

The knob I wanted had a different pitch on it so I had to drill bigger then tap then drop in a heli coil (sp) and convert back to a 3/8 24. After all this I used the knob for 2 days, pulled it off and went back to the Hurst knob.
