They make them for the F23, just like Quaife.

Better bet is to look on the Honda forums, they seem to be popular in the Honda community. Never heard anything specifically bad about them, but Quaife diffs are of much better quality and if you play your cards right and watch the market, they can be had for $500-750 or so.

PS for install, ANY diff is a bitch on an F35.

Well, John Powell is qwikredline no? Im not saying that everything he says is law but he is respected and he said its a crap lsd. I did read the honda guys use them but it seems to be 50/50. Some like them, some say they are crap too.

If I ever did the conversion I guess I'd still go with quaiffe.

just because people say it's garbage doesn't mean anything. it is a gear type diff. not the clutch type, typically you might strip the gears..... but apparently it has a lifetime warranty..

someone should go for it. worst case scenario they pay for your transmission.

John Powell isn't just "people," he knows his ****. Honestly I wouldn't put an OBX diff in mine, but hey, if people wanna go cheap then it's an option.

OBX in general is a **** brand, but a weak diff is better than no diff. IMO i like gear type diffs. Planning on one for my goat, solely because they dont really wear out like a clutch/cone diff does, but mine's coming from eaton/harrop.

OBX is china made, Quaife is highest quality, European made.

Reminds me of an old saying:

Cheap
Fast
Reliable

Pick 2.

You pay to play when it comes to differentials. Cheaper to buy the Quaife than it is to pay for a new transmission because your cheap diff destroyed your last one.

Jump on that ****. If that's the case, that's nearly half off MSRP. IIRC stick for the G85 (diff only) was around $750. List for the F23 Quaife is $1300 according to TTR's site.

That's why I say jump on that ****. If he's really offering an F23 diff for the price of the F35 G85 sticker price. That's cheap as f*ck, you're not going to find a better deal.
