Email gloria over at Powell gloria@powellraceshop.com

Sh handles all the transactional business... Youre spending the money on a turbo so do your car a favor and get the best you can get when it comes to mounts man

I don't know about this particular feature, but ZZP mounts accounts for lowered cars where as OTTP doesn't. So I don't know if this is a selling point or a gimmick, but it convinced me to go ZZP mounts.

I have OTTP Stage 2 mounts and they're awesome. No more wheelhop at all. Quality machined pieces that do the trick!

Quality seems to be subjective....

Our mounts have a nicer machined finish than any other mount. Same goes for the spacers.

Our bushings are pressed in exactly the same, not crooked like other mounts.

Our price is also unbeatable and mounts are always in stock.

I think experiance is what this comes down too though. Granted I dont know the extent but Mr. Powell and his shop helped build to original Grand Am cup cars/parts and/or the Time Attack car. I believe that his parts are better because of that experiance. Personally my trust and money will go to race shop that helped build the winning road race cars/parts. Thats my 2 cents.

This. All current rotated mounts are based off of his original mount, as well. A vendor is a liar if they say otherwise.

So basically get any mounts you want. They will all perform the same. Powell is the original and the rest are based off his designs, but they all work. ZZP has used them on their 11second cars. OTTP has a bunch of fan support and testimonials. So if I were you I'd go for which are cheapest at the moment.

If its a consistent problem, you installed them wrong then, most likely. With 260, 300, 350, and 400whp... I never had a single bit of wheel hop with Powell mounts.

I think zoomer said they are now. Plus they account for lowered cars.

Stop tossing this around like it actually means something. Because it doesn't.

I don't know what it means, I'm just saying they say it does. Like my earlier post I said, not sure if it is a selling point or a gimmick, but it's there.

And I'm saying... its useless info, as they all cater to lowered cars.

if you think thats the case then do some research on a cv joint. the angle of the driveshaft from a stock ride height car and a lowered car WILL be different. anyone that says other wise is full of it. I had powells stage two mounts, vibes were harsh, not unbearable, and had bad hop on the strip. On the street i had no hop. But seem as how half of this site is into roll racing they wouldnt experience this. i upgraded to a pair of the LNF mounts and they are awesome ive had no issues with them
