For the people who dont have corn and no nitrous yes 300whp is kinda a wishy washy number. I wonder if you went to a few other dynos would you still even show 303whp on the stock blower nt ur tvs.

anyone think a 3inch intake and a 2.5 pulley would be worth it more than zzp stg 1 cams?

People have hit 300whp years ago with 2.5's no E85/Nitrous.

Ive herd this yet never seen any info on there setups just they were on 2.6's and 42's and all kinds of crazy stuff yet we have all the goodies for these cars yet 98% of the dyno list is under 300whp. Mabe they used crack in there gas.

401whp has been hit with the M62, no other form of induction.

I'm aware..Doesn't dis-credit it.

If you hit 300whp, good but you won't be the first, that's all.

I wonder if Ralli ever posted his numbers on the ported head/2.5 set-up.

never said i would be the first. I simply asked if others had suggestions on what would help. for the next 25hp will prob be tuff to get. but then again no one realy helps out in this scene, heck zzp told me id never hit 270 unless I sold my header and intake and ran there setup.

Only one person has done that. And there is no proof of it but I believe him.

The last 25 are the hardest because they require almost all the bolt-ons and a really good tune. I know a lot of guys who spent $1000s of dollars and fell short because they did not put the time into the tune.

I feel good about my tuner, he did great work on my blown stang with juice. Do you have any tips? some reason Im getting the feeling that people think im trying to gloat over 275 like its big deal. Im not, im lookn for people on the upper half of the dyno world to say yay or nay to what they think thru there finding will work for the next 25hp. Ive talked to nate and he said he could send me out a new hub and 2.55 if needed. Honestly I much rather make 280trq than 300whp but thats me. thank you ebristol ahead of time if you share any usefull info and im not logged on here ltr.

Haha, that's ZZP trying to sell their stuff to ya.

Nice numbers though. Like Ebristol said, the last 25whp will be the hardest to get. You will need to work on the tune a bit, and will prob. need to pulley down to a smaller ring, but it is doable.

m62's can be bought rather cheap these days so a nates 2.55 realy wont make me lose sleep at night worrying if my blower will last. However if a 2.55 can net me 10hp ill be happy for I may be wrong but the gains on the stg 1 zzp cams arnt to much more. If money is good in end of march I may just do both, just worried about everday driving and knowing that I changed up the valvetrain from a reliable stock setup kinda does bother me some.

275 seemd rather good compared to most others results after going to zzp or ottp. woulda went to byt but I didnt get taken as I was serious about getting a tune in there eyes. Im aware that popstangs and lil cobalts are diff but are you saying that if you can do one your not able to do antother plateform?lol

wut im saying is i can tune you and make you 280 whp on a 2.6 but it wont last long unless you add meth, heat....., a stang mapping is different then gms. I can tune anything, ranging from a stand alone like emanage, hks, hondata, chrome, ect. Im just looking out for you. like here is a example ok, in ITT we had to tune our own cars with our own software we had, i had a 90 supra with a 1jzgte with a gt35 and i tuned mine great 0 kr, mapping looked good, all cells were 100% i let somone else do it, and the map was ****, had kr every where, afr was at 13.9 so i tuned it again and BAM.... The guy that tuned my car at it for a project dd camaros and vettes. ls series motors, so with me saying this, theres tuners and theres 1 type car tuners. Makes him show you your ve table, maf table, timing, kr, idcz, iat2s ect..... When logging ...

so just be safe.
