Im going to look at ure tune when i get home prob 2-3 hours. Ure screenshot here shows a fluct in ure maf and ure stft are wack.. On a decel it should go lean as hell if u have dfco turned off. Ill loook at it tonight by a chance did u send me a datalog.

zzp re-wrote the tune off of my last running supercharger file they added the 80lb injector sheet and what ever else they needed to change. Yesterday the tuner added more fuel but i ran out of time messing with the car i had to drive 2 hrs north. He was only able to look at my car for about an hour or so. I just noticed the Coolant temps rising again I'm hoping my head gasket isn't junk again.
Chevy i sent a log file also thanks for the help!

Ops car was only seeing 7.25 lbs = 50kpas which in his tune his comanded pe was WTF wrong, and came on around same boost.. Hopefully this getsfixed soon cuz id like to see results!!

Yea you made a lot of changes i am just comparing them before i go and put it in the car! I am trying to learn as much as i can.

Save it in ure configs then go to vcm scanner and open ure config files up and use mune.. I changed alot of stuff because ure car showed injector offsets for 60s and 80s and ure maf was still for a sc lsj... And ure ve was totally wack. Ure pe maf and ve will need to be tuned of course and ure timing as well. Ure car had all spark adders as well so i took them out.... Ure tq control tables were all fudged up and ure ltft and closed loop were gone which is fine. But i made u use ltft and closed so i can make sure all is well and make sure ure car actually is functionable in closed loop. .... And i want to see ure ltft vs stft..

the logs you set were i guess ok. are you reseting fueltrims, and when possible can you get me a log of say 10 mins at idle and 20-30 mins cruising and some pulls. i know you said there is still the cutting out, but if the car is richening up, we know its not the lean thats doing it.... your maf is still tons off, and i mean tons. What i might do is get rid of all the stuff the previous tuner changed so i know what i need to work on... Your log shows this as well, your ic is not doing its job enough, iat1s at cruise are 60s, and your cruising iat2s are 120-128 * WOT when fuel cut happened iat2s were at 85ish to 95 ish.... First id check for a boost leak for the fuel cutting issue, and coil packs as well, it could possibly be your fuel trims. We shall see! With te throttle see what happens when you go 100% throttle, see if fuel cut gets worse nd ect, and make sure to log it. On my config file # 2 is kr, make sure your not getting any with your fuel cut if so stop pulling and send me the file!

This is as far as I got last night. Some large chunks in the pan I'm very curious to know where they are from!
I am going to keep the builders name out of thread until it is resolved. He has backed up his work for me this far!

yeah very depressing... nothong against the shop or tech guys, but they prob didnt lube her up good enough when assembling or didnt check gapage and ect. We shall see!!!
