I R disappoint :(

So me and a couple friends decided to do a little dyno tuning today. I took the sleeper Z31 and my friend his M62 LD9 Cavy Z24.

I'm gonna be honest both of us were expecting about 30-40whp more. Heartbreaker dyno I tell ya!

Anyways to make things easier to view I'm posting a dyno graph with both our numbers on them.

Mine is blue, his is red.

Why didnt you use SAE or STP correction? It would be more comparable and accurate imo

No. The dyno says I only has 370whp. I was hoping it would be over 400whp. This means back to the drawing board.

Uncorrected shows better numbers for boosted vehicles. Not sure why.

Numbers are 110% the most important thing. How else can you be popular on the internet?

Uncorrected is exactly that. What the dyno measured at that time. Sae is corrected for temp, 70* if I remember correctly. So technically uncorrected is more accurate. It is happens to be higher.

Doubtful. This turbo can flow a ridiculous amount. Others with less head and cam than me have done over 400whp on 15psi

Exactly, but unless you dyno again at exactly the same temp, humidy, baro, etc. youll never be able to compare even your own numbers if you were to dyno again, unless you wrote down the correction factor for that day. Btw dynojets dont measure torque, just time and speed.

Who goes to the dyno and doesn't do a baseline pull before starting more tuning?

Besides I have the files and dyno viewer I can change the correction at will not a big deal.
