This should put me into the top 10 :)

Hit up the dyno again yesterday 298hp, 254tq, same mods as my previous 12th best for the LSJ motor

Only change in hardware was an LS4 throttle body, not sure if theres a coding for that

anyways heres the sheet

the dyno is a dynapack dyno, same as last time also

seems low for a TVS, what size pulley are you running? Supporting Mods?

BumbleBee 03-27-2009 03:55 PM

pretty cool

That graph is kinda weird at the top end it look like it looses a little power then starts pulling upward again. Maybe that is where he let off at the end of the run. How come you aren't pulling to almost 8K like Area47? These supercharged cars make way less peak torque than us turbo guys but the torque does not drop off much at the higher rpms so it enables very good peak HP.

Area47 03-27-2009 04:58 PM

he doesn't have the valve springs, or the nuts to do it
lol!

LMAO! Show him the light

Get some valve springs and push it over 300 WHP easily. Bet that super screams at 8k RPMs

  . Still on stock valvesprings that explains it then. Bet it makes peak power at about 7400 rpms or so.

Rodimus_Prime 03-27-2009 07:38 PM

I have a completely stock motor, no internals, no cams, therefore the rev limiter is at 7200. The main issue was spark blowout this was killing the torque once the boost got above 19 or so, so once thats ok, better numbers should occur. I have no idea how or where to get valvesprings done so I can't do that.

Darkmanx 03-27-2009 11:41 PM

what pulley are you on stock or 75mm? and how the hell all you guys keep getting spark blowout

Rodimus_Prime 03-27-2009 11:53 PM

80mm pulley, and I'm running stock heat range plugs gapped at .040, thats why theres blowout at 21.5psi
