I can't believe I didn't notice that... Oh well, good to know. SAE are generally regarded as more accurate anyways.
Nice man! You are correct, but it seems most use STD for some reason.

Congrats on 300+whp

Lol... Kinda yes.

I'm going to see if my dyno operator can send me the STD graph to make it official for the dyno thread haha.

I wish I caught that when I was there. So much going through my mind when you gear up for a pull. Nerve racking and exciting all at the same time. I was boggled when she was only pumping out 291whp. I wonder what made him switch correction factors this year.

Thank ya, and thanks for catching that correction factor for me.

Nice numbers, that graph looks really nice good linear power curve and the torque holds nicely

Good catch

Although it seems like a big difference from SAE to STD correction

That's the plan gents!! Just wanted to see what she could do off the bottle.

I wasn't happy with the non-full rev pull last fall. Needed to go back to see where she made peak power.

I'm satisfied now. This winter. She's getting bottle fed, lol.

Staged07SS finally goes to the dyno!

Duuude nice numbers! What pulley are on now again 3.1? 2.92 and who knows we might see you around 310whp!

Congrats. More excited to see her sippin off the bottle though! Sure I've asked and its been answered but how big of a shot is she getting? Would you recommend N20 for me?

Edit: yep 50 shot for you. Thats gonna be awesome

Oh and one last thing. You would have made 300+ without the STD factor had you simply painted your coolant tanks.

2.99

Yes sir, 50 shot.

For your setup, a 50 shot would be fine as well. Might be able to get away with a lil more. Ask MrB. His TVS car is on the bottle.

After the pull, and before I knew it was an SAE correction factor, I said to myself "should have painted the coolant tanks". Lol

Haha yup!!

Would have busted it last time to if they reved her out.

congrats on that beautiful looking graph
Stoked to see you hit it with a 50 shot and i cant believe you're actually going to pulley down
Do you have any more details on that rare gm pulley?

Thanks!!

The pulley is one of the test pulleys GM used while designing the stage kits back in the day. I almost purchased it back in 2010, but just purchased my H62.

Hoped to one day find it, and then my buddy Trevor (Tjolley) told me he has it. Said he has no use for it (he's working on making big power), so it's being sent my way.

I know I've said it before, but great numbers on such a simple set up. I know your gonna pulley down and all, but I'm very curious on what your set up would do on a bigger pulley. Like stock size or 3.2. Keeping the blower efficient and within a good PR range.

How much psi are you making now?

Well... being a 300+ hp LSJ was short lived, lol.

Finally had my std corrected dyno sent to me, and I fell just short of the numbers I was told over the phone (must have estimated before updating the actual graph).

STD correction factor worked out to roughly 1.02225. Best torque that day = 235.66.

STD Correction:

SAE Correction:

Oh well, at least it is still on par with last years pull, although judging by the power I make past 7k, I would have been 300+ hp had they reved her out last year.

Oh yeah, she def pulls hard.

I'm still happy with the results & power curve. Sucks being so close though, haha.

Next fall she will crest the 300+ hp mark. That's a promise.

Nice sig pic by the way!
