12" Sub menage a trois

I have a thread about building a good system, but I have gotten a few differing opinions on subs. I tossed in one of my favorite brands sub's (PG) but I only know of them because 7 years ago they were the ****, now it seems they have kind of dwindled away, but this particular sub has really good reviews.

Comparison Criteria:
Please cast your vote on the sub you think would deliver the best fast punching bass (techno and rock), as well as low sustained bass (common in rap) under the assumption the sub has the "ideal" amp and enclosure. This is not for a competition setup, just for personal audio enjoyment.

T2 is definetly a loud sub but I don't think they are too clear or that great at anything but rap type bass. Haven't heard the others but I've only heard good things said about DD.

I don't know much about digital designs, But have had both rockford and PG. I didn't like the sound quality of the rockford. The PG's treated me pretty good.

I do know that I do not want w7's. Sorry, read lots about them, not a lot of good audiophile reviews; mostly just "they move air" reviews.
