2007 cig lighters always on?

2007 cig lighters always on?
Something I noticed, both the dash and the one by the ebrake always have power. Is there a way I can rewire them to turn off when I turn the car off?
I have a radar detector and sirius unit and its just a pain to turn them off/in everytime i get in/out of the car.
