Ac fan speeds not working

When I first bought my car about 9 months ago speed 4 didnt work but magically started working over the winter.

Two weeks ago I had my ac on full and went to shut it off, the switch seemed hard to turn and all the fan speeds stopped working. I kept going to each speed and finally 1 worked, and then 2. That's all that will work now.

Not sure if it's the switch itself, a fuse, or something completely different. Any ideas?

I'd suggest getting an HVAC controller from the classifieds section. Sounds like that's what's going.

Okay, the one I have also has burnt out bulbs and planned on switching them to led. So I'll just try that.

Remove switch. They brake easily over time. Use pliers to control fan speed..if it don't work replace the ac control uniit.... Shouldn't b expensive
