Oh I have some questions for ya.
1. Did you get the smart key system that allow you to unlock your car door remotely or do you use your original key fob
2. Is there any anti theft features?
3 Where did you get it?
4. Cost?
5.Who installed it?
6. If self installed how hard was it?

2. The system do not power on unless my viper system is disarmed(door unlock) and even so I have 30 seconds to turn on the car before the module power off. To power it back on i have to hit the unlock button. You can wire it to turn off right away on a lock pulse too. But If someone breaks in and tries to steal it they are out of luck.
3. Welcome to Advanced Keys
4. 189 plus shipping
5. I did
6. Wasn't hard in hindsight for just the push to start . If you can read wire diagrams you can install this, now if you opt for the full system I'm pretty sure it's a lot more complicated, since it's basically a security system install
I did the install myself. Didnt do a write up, the installation is similar to a remote start install minus the clutch bypass if u do the button only system. They literally use the same wires I found some info on that the how to section.

a blank key in the ignition will keep the lock disabled
With a bypass you do not, but you could if you wanted to
Yes, it would be ideal. Just a like a remote start need a bypass.

Tips and hints!!!!
Figured out about a month ago if I was not shutting the system down properly, so it took longer to turn of the car. Now I make sure I push the brake all the way in before pushing the pts button and the car turns of immediately, which makes restarting on stall way quicker. Still need to pay attention on restart.
How I restart on a stall quickly:
1. I push the brakes in quickly and firmly all the way in along with the clutch
2. Hit the PTS button (system comes off and and starts blinking to restart)
3. I quickly lift my foot off the brakes then reapply it (PTS starts blinking again)
4. Hit the PTS button(car cranks up again)
5. Drive off with a small burnout to help deal with the shame of stalling
I got this down to pretty much to closer to a normal key restart.
Also one should keep in mind, the more one pump their brakes without starting the car the more difficult it is for the brake pedal to make contact with the brake switch, which the system needs to see to start.
