AeroForce Kills battery

I hooked my AeroForce gauge and it killed my battery. I lead the red wire to an ACC and the left the other two because they aren't "needed" to be used. I was just temporarily trying it out while I wait for my gauge. Could anyone help me so that it won't kill my battery thanks.

I'd just splice into your boost gauges power wire for the red (power) cable coming from the interceptor.

Which IDK if that will work, since in the LNF all you have to do is plug it into the OBDII port for them to work

I did that. I didn't use the Boost gauge ACC wire but I used the radio ACC wire. When you open the door it should turn off. I also need to re-route the ground to my UEGO. When it is hooked up it makes a high pitch sound through my speakers at a low volume. I don't like to have it turned up all the time. Thank you.

Hmm, im at a loss man. Wish I could help.

Just FYI though, my interceptors stay on after I shut the car down, lock it and everything for about a minute after exiting the car.

That's exactly what mine does. I think it is getting power through the OBD2 port. I will email them personally.

If you read the interceptors instructions (not to sound like an ass) it states some cars have power going constantly thru there port and if thats the case they say unplug it if you do not drive the car for more then 5 days

Mine died after a day. I use my car daily. I understand if I were to park it. I didn't know that though, thank you

Yes there is. I have an aftermarket indash dvd player. In the kit is a wire you lead... you put that wire to a fuse that uses the ACC through the ignition.

Your interceptor is obviously broken. You should just sell it to me for $13.49 shipped and you won't have to worry about your battery anymore

hook the power where there is only power when the ign key is on. the radio can still turn on with the key on the acc.

Oh, I see Blake05SS. Thank you. I didn't take it out because I thought it was to connect to another interceptor. I will do that.
