Aftermarket deck issues

I recently purchased a new pioneer deck, and a harness from jb’s wired it all and it turned on when plugged in. Only thing is that I will not play music. If anyone has any ideas on why and how I can fix this I’d love the help thanks in advance.

from the looks of it, it should work.

When you look at the speaker wires from the harness do the grey/grey black match up with the light green / light green white from the car?

I’ll check when I try to put in it again later today, I also think it’s possible it’s on some sort of demo mode because I bought it off the wall at visions so I’ll try the reset button too.

actually i just thought about it. does your cobalt have the base stereo or the pioneer package? if its pioneer then the harness may not be turning on the amp or that wire may not be connected right

I’m assuming I have the upgraded because it says pioneer under all tweeters and I have a 10” in my trunk, if that’s the case how would I know/fix that?

from Axxess's website for the "XSVI-2104-NAV"
Used in non amplified systems or when removing amplified system.
so it looks like you may need another harness

sooo before you take it back look on the stock harness for a pink wire. is that connected to anything on the access harness?

To fix the issue you need to get remote from the HU to this pink wire
