Amp blew, what should i get now?

I have two 12in 4 ohm Kicker Comp's. RMS total is 300. Can anyone tell me what amp would be the best to get for these? I want loud! and do not want to spend a lot of money.

OK the amp is not blown but my system is making a wierd pulsing noise and will only go away when i take the RCAs off the sub outlet on my headunit. WTF is wrong with this? it still works but i had to hook it up to one of my back speakers to get a signal to the amp without the pulse.

could be a problem with the sub out on the deck. Try grounding the rca shield to the hu chassis
