amp question

amp question

just installed my sub and amp today usually when i wire them up i never wire it to the battery but since the battery is the closest already in the trunk i did

my ? is the amp stays on so will it kill my battery?

There is a remote turn on wire for the amp. You have to connect it to a switched source like the wiper fuse or sunroof fuse.
I have mine on the sunroof fuse so it turns the amp on when the key is on.

i have mine to the radio fuse wouldnt that only make it come on when key is on
