well I know someone has, I googled it but couldn't find pictures, I have an iPAD and a tab 10.1 and trying to figure out how to make it (preferably the ipad as its just a paperweight) fit behind the dash bezel to look stock, I've seen it done in other cars and wanted to know how/if someones done it in a cobalt.

The wirings not the issue it's more the aesthetics of it all, so, anyone have pictures of it done in a cobalt?

 

im pretty sure the ipad is too big. You can put it vertically but you would probably loose ur HVAC

 

Has been done. Guy relocated the hvac to the front cup holder area.

Oly, does your computer limit you to see pictures too? Some will show up in threads and some are just blank. Not the just theres nothing there.

Then get a smartphone lol. People have been putting computers into their cars. A tablet is pointless actually. Better off with a standard touch screen, onboard slim tower and fab all the mounting bits. Google around and you will find what you need. A guy on newtiburon.com did it in his car. Pretty bad ass. Datalogs, shows diagnostics, its usefull. Kind of..

And yeah, i can only get certain ones; i can't see photobucket, and i can see them occassionally, i think it depends on how they are uploaded.

 

Oh man its been so long I can't even remember lol. Back in the day when my tib was turbo I was into all the odd **** like this, but at the end of the day, it's really a redundant concept.

You have a smart phone, use it. You want pandora? Use your smartphone. You wanna datalog? Get a laptop.. both of those tools are better than any tablet. Get yourself a beast touch screen double din radio with bluetooth. That's the best route. . ****** tablet in your dash lol FOR WHAT hahahah
