Where is the cobalt LS amp located at? i have heard its behind the cubby with the trunk button but i got nothing there, im guessing this is only the pioneer amp?

My driver side speaker sounds muddied and im thinking the amp is blown because when i swap the passenger driver side its still sounds muddied, but the speaker sounds great on pass side. connections look good. bought a new amp, went to install it cant find oem amp. i have stock head unit.

if you dont have the pioneer system theres no amp. sounds like it might be an issue with the stock HU.
