I need the studs that the factory subwoofer mounts to the car with. Part number or location to purchase?

Giving my sub to a non pioneer cobalt. My car was totaled so I can't go back and get the ones from it.

@nizzle - nope just the studs for the factory box.

I looked at mine yesterday just to see how the studs would come out or be mounted again. I just took a quick look but it looks like it would be a pita to eff around with those. Imma just leave mine in.

I'd say your best bet is to go down to the local hardware store and figure out a way to do it yourself. I think it would be much more difficult to mount it like it was from the factory vs doing it your own way.

@cranemaster - i'd pay whatever postage if you can get them to me.

@nizzle - would it be possible to get a picture of one? i don't mind swinging past the hardware stores to "create" something.

I'd just take the sub down there and see what fits. I'm imagining mounting a board in the corner of the trunk and then just bolting the stock sub to that board. All you need to do is go find some bolts that will fit in the mounting holes and be long enough.
