yup. Figured if Im building this I may as build it decent. The Fosgate Amps dont tend to get that hot. and the heat will dissapate from the tops. but I figured I may as well add some air flow under them

hope your inside speakers are good or the bass is turned down. them type r's are known to get loud. but yours are 10s. the 12s can get hella loud. but 3 tens.... yeah it will get loud. now you just need sound dampening inside there and your set

Looks really good. Only advise I would give for future builds would be to pick up a fiberglass roller to help with air pockets. You did really good from what I can see (Few bubbles on the driver side), but with the weight of the cloth your using and the number of layer's it will hold up without any issues.

yeah. Im hoping the next one I build will be better. I'm pretty proud of this one. was a task many ppl thought I wouldn't pull off.

putting on last coat of bondo then she will be ready for spot putty etc and paint.

making a mold of the pass side might be feasible but probably not on the drivers side. also amp rack wouldnt really work either

If My buddy gets his place with a huge farm house garage I may consider making parts. sadly my house is not a good place. whole house starts smelling like Resin. yuck. and the amount of dust from sanding is a PITA.

I am also making a fiberglass armrest to hold an iPod. will be able to use that hold to make more..

Also thinking about making fiberglass covers to go over the headlights in the engine bay so you don't see the ugly tops of the headlights. that may be next spring though.
