Very simple question aimed at those who know the Cobalt's wiring system well. Is it at all remotely possible to change from the 07 DRL system to the 05-06 DRL system? The 07s use the actual headlights as DRLs, but I've always thought the DRL systems that use the turn signal bulbs look much better. Right now I have the DRL fuse pulled to keep them off, but if there's a way to switch to the older system I'm all for it.

However, I'm expecting the answer to be no. Nothing is ever that simple to do...

 

im thinking no as well... someone on the board tried seperating the drl and turn signal on an 06 and it was impossible so i doubt it would be possible to split the drl and the headlight on the 07
