DRL Wire

I just installed some Gen 1 I bought off a user off here and I'm looking for the drl wire on the headlight harness so I can pull it so I could get the halos as the drl rather projectors.

Thanks.

There is no DRL wire. The BCM controls your DRLs, and sends half power over the low beam wire

Best bet is to pull the DRL fuse then wire up the halos and LEDs to a relay that's fed by a wire that's always on when ignition is on. Even easier would be to just wire them into your parking lights.

How would I wire them to my parking lights?

Just tap them into the brown wire. It's the Parking light wire.

If you want them to always come on, find a fuse in the fuse box that is only powered when the car is on, then use a fuse tap and draw power from that. Or you could wire them to a wire that always has power, and run a switch in your car so you can turn them on manually whenever you want.
