Dynamat

Well. Im going to be putting in the dynamat trunk kit. I was wondering where all you think I should put it to start out.

Like the top of the trunk, both sides , down by the spare tire?

And i was wondering about the panel where the rear speakers are, you think i should stick it on top of it by the backwindow, or on the bottom in the trunk?

Well the more the better, but be prepared cause the trunk kit won't cover much, i think i have 2 trunk kits and a few bulkpaks, but i did pretty much every exposed peice of metal. Also make sure your warm it up a bit while laying it, craig from soundgallery did mine and he used a heatgun to do it... My trunklid and rear package shelf were the worst of my rattling, so i would start there.

I did both top and bottom of the rear deck. and also if you didn't buy your dynamat, you should check out b-quiet.com they were my solution to $600 worth of dynamat in my car.

and like the guy above me said, the one trunk kit will not cover your trunk.

if all u have is one trunk kit i would use as follows (not sure how much is there but ill say 20sq ft) 3sq ft on the trunk lid, 2 sq ft on the rear deck top, 5 sq ft on the wheel well, 2 sq ft on the rear part of the vehicle (mainly back of the well but also under the plastic piece and by the lights) 4 sq ft on each side mainly towards the rear

ok, a little off topic, but my drivers side door handle rattles from my stock pioneer sub. is there any way to tighten that, or just deal with it? it's the only thing i have a problem with.

??? is there a way im sure but the handle mechanism isnt the easist thing to get to in our doors and i didnt want to **** with it. I added 16sq ft on both doors and that solved some of the handle rattling issue
