Haha I put a sock in between my lisence plate, worked great and I have tons . BUY Dynamat off of e-bay!!! You can get it in bulk packages for pretty cheap

Obviously there are risks to buying off Ebay, but if you decide to go that route just be sure you are buying Dynamat Extreme and not the regular Dynamat. The regular Dynamat is just rebranded roofing material.

Awesome deal people, thats for the Damp Pro too, thicker then regular Damplifier (and thicker then Dynamat Extreme). The guy who is selling it is also one of the most respected forum members on their site, so its definitely a good deal.

so basically, i just want to know if there is any dampeners that are cheaper than dynamat, but still work just as well...also, how many square feet shout i be looking for to get my trunk done real well

Try a local auto body shop, they use dynamat all th time in repairs. They might be able to hook you up with a good price. check it out

normal would be say 50sq with the trunk lid... a little light but effective say half that. Me double
