Escort Passport G-timer GT-2 Review

Alright so i got my gt-2 g-timer in the mail today and i was very anxious to test it out. everything is easy to use except for the hp measurment. I was unable to use it in my car bc i only have 87octane in it. (not good) so i called my friend with a 2006 g35 2dr coupe with a 6spd manual. his only mod is an intake. i made a few pulls in his car not ever driving it before. and on my 2nd pull i made a 14.5 in the 1/4 at 97mph (i think) i guess thats not bad for having 3 ppl in the car. so i guess this thing seems pretty accurate. i have yet to test out all the other things but it seems really cool! the g-meter graph is also pretty responsive and seems accurate also.
i'll update more as i go along. this thing is a cool buy for 59.99

sorry let me elaborate why the HP measurment option is kind of difficult to use.
you need to log into the device 6 different things its not that bad tho
1.Vehicle weight (with driver)
2. HP Min Speed
3. Hp Max Speed
4.HP Drivetrain loss
5.Rolling resistence
6. Drag CDA

The directions give you setp by step things you need to do to calculate all of this stuff.

I feel you man, this **** is hard.
The drag cda is supposedly 7.34 but thats all i have yet to figure out.
It said my car did 0-60 in 7 secs with 196 hp.
I only have an LT stock lol

Bump, This thing is worthless unless we know these things. I know someone has got to know this.

I got my HP Readings at 159 - 166 which is close to my dyno sheet. Oh if you set it to Zero for the Drivetrain loss it measures WHP
