I was wondering if you all who have flip out dvd/cd recievers have any problems with their receivers.

 

I dont have any issues with mine 99% of the time....but every once in a great while the screen doesnt want to slide in once it flips down but all i gotta do is press the button again and its fine. I have had this thing for like 3 years

 

Who makes the receiver you have? OH yeah does the receiver block the air for the A/C

 

Pioneer P6600DVD is the one i have......It does block the 2 vents but its no big deal

 

were you able to keep you XM that came with the car?

 

I love mine too, I have the Jensen VM9312....Mine has had no problems, its great!

 

I couldve but i would have needed a new XM box i think

 

I wonder if you can use the same antenna thats on the car. It sure would look stupid with two.

 

yeah you can just find the wires from it

 

make sure and override the parking brake so you can watch movies!
