I had another thread but while i have been trying to figure it out i came up with another question. since the driver side speaker puts out sound for turn signals door open and all of that does either one of the front speakers control any power going to the rear and take away from the in line converter?

 

speakers don't and never will control power. they just receive it. front and rear should always be separate unless someone wires it differently. LOC when installed correctly doesnt take power away from anything it just converts the audio signal into a different audio signal for the RCAs
