Fuse box question

Okay guys, I pulled the cover of my fuse box to see if I can fix the connection on my fuel pump relay (the guy before me put a bunch of solder on the relay to make it have a connection). I don’t know the actual name for the things in the picture but I think I’m gonna need a new one. Either that or I’m gonna have to put solder on my new relay and try to make it work. What are these called and how do I replace them?

This is what the last guy did. I don’t know why he did but now I can’t get a new relay to make a good connection. It’s too loose.

then you need a fuse box not the wiring harness or fuse blocks, just the box itself
