Getting shocked

Alright I finally have my system installed. I have a switch that is connected to my battery for the turn on wire. It was the easiest set up for me with out drilling any holes in my leased car. My question is every once in a while when I go to turn the switch off I get a small shock. Do you think the ground that I used for my switch isn't that good? I used the screw that holds down shift cover.

Also I didn't think my sub was going to sound that bad because everyone was saying that using the factory headunit will cause to distort. Well I think it sounds awesome and there absolutely no dimming headlights. Also does anyone know what CEA-2006 compliant means?
