GM Navigation

has anyone thought/ tried to install a GM navigation system in the Cobalt? Like one from a Yukon or even a Corvette? The double din size should fit in the dash, the connections look like there plug and play, but the wires could be all screwey...Any information? Thanks

It would be way too much labor and isn't guaranteed to work. You are better off looking at Pioneer stuff such as the Avic-Z1, Avic-N3, or Avic-D2. I can give you info on how to install any of them. Check out all the specs on Crutchfield - you will be impressed.

I'm not worried about "difficult installs" just wondering if it would connect without a problem...I'm probably going to end up with the Z1, just looking at other options right now though. Thanks.
