help with aftermarket hu

Hi everyone...this is my first post. I recently installed an aftermarket alpine head unit. after installing...i noticed that there's no sound except for the radio. usb/aux/cd player, nothing, no sound. but it recognizes it and will switch tracks through the usb and whatnot...just no sound. help! whats wrong, lol

make sure when you shoved it in the dash something didn`t come unplugged, go back over your wiring make sure you didn`t possibly cross any speaker wires all i can think of.

kk..... i'm gonna take it back out and check out all the wiring...which was a lot cus i hooked up those adapters to keep the factory amp & sub... which i've been thinking about replacing now, lol. i love where the sub is, i just wish it was a little more bass-ey. i like the clean factory look. thanks for the advice

bingo thought about this for a while and figured it out. you have the amp turn on set to the power ant (blue) instead of the remote/amp turn on (blue/white) hence working fine with the radio on (stock amp is on) and no audio otherwise (stock amp is off)

ahhhh.... I'll def take a look to see if i messed it up there. sucks cus i wanted to take it out and mess with it today but we're having a snow storm, but at least i don't have to go to work thanks for the info
