Help with aftermarket sub

OK I have a old school PPI 250pc its a 200w X1 @ 4ohm, I thought I would get a LOC its a scosche loc 80 And have an old JBL sub laying around with a sealed box. So I put the amp install kit (8 gauge) in the 06 cobalt ss w/pioneer system, then I hook up the loc to the factory sub found the wiring diagram on here for it I wired like this

L sub neg GN/BK to WH/BK of the LOC
L sub pos D-BU/WH to white of LOC
R sub neg L-BU/BK to Gray/Black of LOC
R sub pos D-GN to gray of LOC

The sub (svc) is just wired pos to pos, neg to neg in the box
Then I hook the sub box to the amp bridged L+ and R-

So after I do this I have hardly any sound at all from the sub, so I check the gain on the LOC turn it up a bit and a little better. Then I check the gain on the amp and really makes no difference? So I check the RCA's to make sure they are ok. I unplug one, and bam a lot better! So I plug the other one back in and it gets quiet again...it will do this with either rca's unplugged. So I think maybe I have the Sub out of phase and make sure the wires are connected right, and they are. So whats going on? Could the LOC not be working or wired incorrectly?

its wired out of phase. meaning one of them is backwards and the signal is canceling out. just swap the wires on one side of the loc and ur done (right or left)
