Exclamation Help with power issues

Hello everyone, I need some help with a problem I am having. I have a 2007 Cobalt LS with a 2.2L engine. Recently my headlights, in dash lights, dome light, and tail lights have been flickering intermittently. Now I recently (In July) installed an aftermarket stereo (Eonon Geo1), front kicker 6 1/2 speakers and kicker rear 6x9 speakers. I did not have any problem after installing these components. More recently, within the last month, I installed a 300w kicker amplifier and a 150 rms 10" kicker subwoofer. The initial problem I noticed (a few weeks after installation) was my amp/sub would cut out intermittently when listening to music. Then I noticed the problem with the flickering lights. Im not sure if the light flickering and amp cutting out would happen simultaneously. So the other day Iwas driving and my stereo turned off then turned right back on, I parked my car and came back shortly after and tried to turn it on and it had no power at all. I assumed the amp had drained the power and that was why my radio turned off earlier. So I disconnected my amplifier and jump started my car. I figured the battery might be crap so I replaced it. On my way to work the next day my stereo turned off and back on several times. This time I didnt lose power after shutting the car off and it started fine later. The next night I noticed the headlights were still flickering. I cannot figure this out for the life of me. I had the alternator checked today and it's operating properly. I've undone the power and ground connections multiple times and reconnected them. I also unplugged the stereo and the issues with the flickering lights persists... Please give me any suggestions on what you think the problem is, appreciate any help. Thanks

update

update: It appears the light flickering can be triggered and corrected by going over a large bump.

The fuse to the BCM? Is that part of the wiring with the battery in the trunk?
Power post?
Sorry, I don't know tons of technical terminology.

right... there will be a big red fuse right next to the battery

Under the hood is a post that powers the PCM. This connection connect the alt bat and PCM

I did notice when I moved the wiring that contains that fuse, my stereo would turn off and back on. Should I remove the fuse and put it back in or replace it with a new one off the bat?
Could you possibly upload a picture with the power post in it? I'm still not quite sure exactly what I'm looking for, or what to check for with it even if I knew what it was.

Or is the power post the same thing as the fuse box?

right the power post is attached to the fuse box. u want to make sure its not loose

for the fuse in the back if you are sure about it being the cause of the radio nt just coincidence then look into that further. pull the fuse out entirely and check the connections for corrosion. see if the fuse looks blown or discolored in any way. if so replace if not u should be fine. re insert the fuse making sure its in as far as it can be and that its tight. See if that changes anything if not and you can still get it to cut out by messing with that wire look for cuts or rips in it by the battery. Try just holding the fuse in place while wiggling the wire and see what that does. Possibly tape the fuse tight if thats the issue

I checked the fuse in the back next to the battery. It ape are blown but tested good with a fuse tester. I replaced it nevertheless. I also checked the power post connection and it appears fine. Additionally, I checked every fuse in the fuse box and the BCM panel. Only the trunk/outlet one was blown and now my one power outlet and trunk release that didn't work when I bought the car, work now. However, I still have the issue with my lights as well as my stereo intermittently turning off then back on, additionally I have been getting a warning on my in dash display that says power ateering. This has appeared concurrently with the stereo turning off and usually goes away when the stereo comes back on. I only felt an actual loss of power in my steering once when going off an exit ramp. The other times were on the highway going straight so if I did lose power I wouldn't have been able to tell. I'm still at a loss and can't really afford to take it to tmy mechanic or the dealership. This all seems to have started randomly. It doesn't make sense to me.

hmm idk then man. There's a recall for our power steering so you should be able to get a dealership to do that and take care of it rather quickly (just got mine done on the new car a few months ago took 3 days to have the part come in. Old car had the **** just give out on me and i had that replaced years ago) Maybe just hope that fixes it?

I'll call the dealership to check, but the recall website says there are no recalls on my vehicle. Apparently the issue doesn't apply to every single 2007 cobalt, just ones made certain places.
