hid no low beam

Hi everyone i am having an issue with the hids in my ss. Its an 05 and they are ddmtuning 55w bixenon in factory headlights. Ive had them for over a year without issue but the other morning the low beams began flickering and then shut off on the highway. I switched the highbeams and they came on and then switched back to low beams and they worked again. The next time i tried driving it the low beams will not come on but high beam works fine. I didnt find any blown fuses but was hoping someone might know before i pull the headlights out so i dont have to do that multiple times. Also idk if some bulbs are different but mine tilt the bulb to switch from high to low. Any help would be appreciated!

Yes both headlights had the low beams stop working at same time. And its a pnp kit from ddm with the harness that connects directly to the battery power

Okay so tried switching ballasts and the new set did the same thing. Openned up the high/low relay and found it pretty well corroded and rusted. Id say thats the issue so already have a new one ordered and will be making sure no water can get into it.

yup. It's common. I see these issues often. Keep the harness connector facing up.

Would you be able to tell me which ones are the headlight relays? I need to check mine. My driver headlight is out.
