i am on my second relay right now, but i was talking to some people about it and they say that the relay is doing its job. so i just bought a new ballast and it seems to be working now. so maby that is the problem with yours?

I agree. If you have a relay and it's still not working it's the ballast. Try switching the ballast to the other side and see if the problem follows it. If it does, there's your answer.

i was playing around with my hids again because i was bored and when i turn them on then off the passenger light makes like a weird sound when it won't turn on( it buzzed loud like two times then it turned off). so im thinking that its my light now.
