HID's flicker when I hit bumps/mini potholes/rough patches

Let me start off by saying sorry for all the HID threads ive made in the past week or so. secondly, i have low profile tires and my car is lowered so i feel every last bump and mini-pot hole in the road.

the problem is, when i run over a rough patch of road, a little tiny pot hole, a sewer hole cover and things of that nature, my HID's flicker then go right back to normal.

my bulbs are held in securely, so im not sure what the problem would be.

the only thing I can think of is, the ballast isnt mounted securely and/or the little black box that comes off the wire attached to ballast isnt secured properly. as of now, my ballast are held down by electrical tape and nothing more, and that little black box i was describing is just dangling somewhere under the headlight.

anyone had this issue before?

thanks

yea all the connections are secure....and what do you mean by a bad ground? it is simply a plug and play headlight there is no place for me to ground a wire.

if you used a relay harness, make sure you got that fuse box post tight. Sounds like a loose connection issue somewhere, check to make sure your fuses are all the way in too. If you've switched hid kits and the problem persisted, has to be some kind of connection issue.

your referring to the positive battery terminal post on the fuse box right?
