hooking up amp and sub to factory system
hooking up amp and sub to factory system
I have the factory pioneer system with sub and was wondering if there is any way to tap into the existing subs wiring instead of using a high to low converter
you can also use the plug that comes with the amp (usually looks like a big plastic phone plug with wires hanging out of it)....and disregard the line out put..or just run wire to RCA's from the factory sub as well
yeah what he said...i was just trying to dumb it up for people who may not know what High level is....LOC will give you some more control though...
So I can get this Line out converter for my LS aswell right? Im wondering does it sound decent? How would I go about running a remote on for the amplifier? Im trying to leave the factory radio because it seems as if there is no aftermarket radio installed if you look into the windows.
yeah i pulled my car apart, in both door boots (passenger is easier) its a thick gauge yellow , (looks almost faded to white) will rest at 12v until you open the door then goes to 0v and if you turn the car off it stays off. its what allows your radio to stay on after the car is off and th door is closed, open the door and it shuts off.
