How to install my Cap?

I have my capacitor from my system, and everything is uninstalled. I'm going to throw it all back in, but I don't have my test/charge light. When I uninstalled it, I don't think I de-charged it. I want to re-install everything, but I'm not sure how to go forward. I have a 100amp platinum distribution block fuse, which is super super hard to find, so I don't want to blow it when I install it, or hurt me car. Is there a way I can make a new test light out of a 12V light bulb? Any ideas?

Thanks

Use any 12V light bulb. A side marker light seems to work best.

why dont you just run a 12v source off of the cap such as a fan or a light or whatever......the cap is basically just a battery and it will run dead if you use it without recharging it.....then you know it has no charge.....just an idea.....Later
