how to mount concealed display

http://www.beachcamera.com/assets/pr...A29FE4C7AE.jpg

I'm looking to mount the display on part of the stereo column above the heating controls and below the stereo. If i put a hole in it to make the controls flush, how would you suggest i support it from the backside?

unplug your airbag light and pull that out and stick it in there then find something to fill in the rest of the gap left behind.

its inside, no ones gonna see it, and you can put it exactly where you want it.

i'm meaning cut a hole, slide in the piece, and glue it from the back.

Plastic epoxy would work great, just rough up both mating surfaces first. Then don't ever think about removing it haha

I epoxied it in the dash.

I would have liked to make it flush with the surface, but the unit has an awkward shape to it.
