How to remove the buttons off the Stock Head Unit Face Plate???

Anyone know how to remove the buttons off the Head Unit??? I took the face plate off and absolutely none of the buttons come off. Do you have to take off the mother board? Or whatever it's called.

Anyone ever tried? I just don't want to start and find out I'm in over my head.

Didn't find anything useful when I searched.

Yeah I did it a couple days ago.

You have to take that circuit board thing off and push the buttons out

How is it held on? Do you push the buttons in(towards the back where the board it) and pull the board out?

Are the buttons and the board connected?

there's a bunch of little screws you gotta take out then take the board out.

then you push the buttons out from the back
