I just got two 12" Rockford Fostgate Punch P1's and a Rockford fosgate P300-1 Mono-amp... sounds nice and loud...

cost about $500 w/ install... that's everything... subs, amp, box, wiring, LOC, install.

getting ready to do a custom in cab setup with them each in their own ported box. here's a temp pic:

i just went to circuit city... i got a dual 12 sealed box for $51.... it was 15" tall and barely fit in my trunk thru the seats... it works tho

i am putting rockford fosgate p2s, kenwood kac7204 amp, kenwood 6.5s and 6x9s, and a pioneer headunit.... all this with wiring was ~$650 give or take $10

sonicelectronix FTW

price all depends on the stuff you buy.. brands, install, size, quality, labor, wiring, etc... these are all factors that can drive up the price.

heres what i got in my balt right now:

Pioneer 4000dvd double din touchscreen... very simple unit, no navi.. $250 new
Alpine 6.5s in the front.. nice and clear.. $65 new
Alpine 6x9s in the rear.. nice and clear too.. $80 new
2 Kicker cvr12 12inch subs.. Best bang for the buck.. $100 each new.. = $200 new
Sub Box.. $50
Tsunami 4 gauge amp kit.. $50 new
Kinetik Power Cell.. stopped ALL dimming from the bass.. $100 new
1300 Watt amp.. $120 new
Wiring Harness for in dash... $10 new
Labor.. installed everything myself.. $0

and thats pretty much it.. total came up to be ~$925

and i didnt pay for everything all AT ONCE.. took me a while but i bought everything piece by piece.. but yeah, i love my set up..

soon i wana update to the Pioneer double din F series.
