Inquiry: Wiring the ACC ignition Cable

Car: 06 Cobalt

I purchased a wiring harness (metra 70-2103) that did not have an ACC wire in the actual harness. The ACC/Ignition wire came as separate wire that needs to be 'spliced' to either the windshield wiper or sunroof fuses.

Looking at the fuse box can anyone tell me:
1. Where the wires are located
2. What colors are both wires

THANKS

If you wanna know where the s'roof/wiper fuses are specifically there is a diagram on the back of the BCM/fuse cover, look in there or in the manual. As for acc/ig wires, I'm not sure.

tapping the actual wires themselves is going to be pretty much impossible your going to end up tapping the fuse in some way shape or form

Yup I figured it out by putting the ignition wire in the wiper fuse! The head unit works great!! I went with the Pioneer AVH-P4100

Is there a harness that has the ACC/Ignition wire in the harness?

Yea 120 doll hairs doesnt sound worth it lol... For metra one does it matter if you have onstar or not? I have an 06 with onstar. I dont use the onstar so I could care less if it works or not. Also how do you tap the fuse? What do you need? I looked for a how to but the only one I found the pics werent working.

then buy the cheap harness(70-2103) and run an acc wire like every other 06 out there. trying to make onstar work for us is stupid difficult so luckily you don't care for it
