Today I was able to do the install for the Pioneer,I may say the sound is amazing for music.Well worth the price I paid from Crutchfield.Here is a picture for everyone to see.

Which model is it Ishbar?The one I ordered is a updated Pioneer premier.It is very similiar to the old model DEH-P3100.Also the walmart by me doesn't even carry Pioneer.Thanks Emperor,I thought it was a good buy regardless,and the OEM pioneers sound so much better now then ever.

It sucks that all Wal-marts are different from each other,but ah I can't complain for a free installation kit from Crutchfield and paid 60 dollars for the Adapter,which was 50% off.

My car is 06.
I thought that info **** was in the speedometer section.

 

I have a 2006,it was required to have the adapter,since I work with one guy who was a mechanic for a Chevy dealer,told me if I switch out the stock radio,the adapter is required to have turn signals,temp reading,ect.

 

nah an 06 is ok to use the cheap harness

 

That's what I thought.
Because the 07 have those fancy radio setups.
It would seem pretty asinine if you could be sold a harness that doesn't give you the things you need...to legally operate your car.
