I am hoping someone can help out. My fiancee has a 05 Cobalt with the factory alarm. She is wanting a aftermarket alarm installed. What has me stumped is the doorlocks. I have did searches everywhere and found one wire to controll the unlock and lock. It says to hook up a relay and resistors. Can someone shed some light this way. If I need to hook up a relay what needs to go wear and if I need a resistor what size do I need and do I put it on both lock and unlock from the alarm to the white wire?
