i have a 07, found a guy on here sellin stock radios and my question is, will it just hook right up, mine had an aftermarket cd player installed when i got it, looks ok but i like the stock look better so want it back in, how difficult will it be to re install, not sure if harness would be changed for aftermarket or what?

 

Why are you taking the aftermarket radio out??

If they used a plug and play harness, it should come out and plug right back into the factory unit. You may need to have it unlocked though

 

unlocked??? and because i just like the stock look better, whats this unlocking business you speak of

 

stock radios are locked to the vin of the vehicle. so unless u are buying the original one from your vehicle you will need to pay whatever a dealership wants to charge for it to be reprogrammed/unlocked
