Did that with my ipod touch. It involved velcro and being stuck to the dash.

 

Looks nice to bad you have no cupholders lol maybe you could install one similar to the one 99-02 trans am and camaros have. It's hidden on the passanger side annd you just pull it out then hide.it again.

Exactly. And the m3 has a wider center console setup. So it works for the BMW. The cobalt is perfect with the iPad the way he installed it. Great job man

buy ipad, with sharpie draw outline on the trim panel, cut trim panel. temporarily attach and fiberglass inner mold, sand and smooth, bondo add whatever finish you like then have fun with wiring (it will be a bitch)

 

we only take sealed containers in the car anyway, no drinks without caps lol
