i have the jvc double din with the metra double din kit think ill have any trouble with the install in my 06 cobalt ss 2.4 thers no where that says it will fit or not (all double dins not the same size length width hight)

 

you are right all double dins are not the same length, but they are on the height and width. Double DIN is built to specification. They aren't just a random size. Manf. make them so that they will fit all cars and dash kits universal. A JVC should have no problem installing at all. It should fit perfectly and slide right in. Hope that helps.

 

you may have to cut the plastic bar out and bend the metal brace a little.
