hi, i have a kenwood ddx 512, also have the add on nav kna g510. the nav unit has gone dim all the time now. i wanted to do the lasted update and i burn the disc using nero and i put ti in and it just says software update at top. i can still go into other places in the deck and go back to dvd, and then still just says software update at the top, thats all. i dont no whats wrong. im using dvd-r. any body has ideas why my nav has gone dim. i was at clear image and the guy took off my neg batt termal when he was welding. when he was done i left, then noticed the nav was dim, any ideas. im stumped. i think i saw somewhere on the net a guy had to get kenwood to reset his microprocessor.
